About Us - Executive Team

Wallstreet Recruitment is an independent consultancy company founded in May 2000 by husband and wife team, Stephen and Sally Harrington.

Prior to May 2000 Stephen enjoyed a successful career in the city spanning a twenty eight year period.  Working within the Stockbroking and Investment Management environments Stephen held positions as Head of Operations and Head of Compliance.  In addition, during the nineties, Stephen worked as a surveillance inspector for the Securities and Futures Authority.  From hands-on to senior management exposure Stephen has gained in-depth experience of the systems and fundamental processes deployed across multiple disciplines within front, middle and back offices, and offers a sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and reporting.

Sally Harrington offers 20 years experience providing recruitment services to the banking and securities industry.  Working with some of the largest and most respected international banking organisations predominantly based in London (City and Docklands), Sally has successfully introduced professional individuals from administration to director level.  Prior to her successful move to recruitment Sally worked in the City as a broker for bonds and repos.
