Candidates - Placement Process

The Placement Process

We recommend that a well documented curriculum vitae is prepared to include as much relevant information as is possible including a short profile, key skills and experience etc. References are extremely useful to accompany your details. A copy of your passport will be needed. Our experienced consultants will be delighted to assist you and will take into consideration your experience, skill-sets and the special qualities of each individual during the interview process. It is in our best interest to act on behalf of both our candidates and clients alike.

The Interview Process

Once our clients have made their interview selection from the profiles received we remain closely involved and manage this process to ensure a successful outcome. We believe that it is essential to guide candidates through the preparation for the appointment to ensure they are on the right path to success.

We offer the best careers advise to the candidate and recommend that they carefully research and prepare before a meeting. Feedback from both parties is encouraged, communicated rapidly and is treated with respect. Upon identifying opportunities on your behalf and when an interview has been secured, we will guide you through the process to ensure that full research and preparation is made to ensure a successful outcome. In most cases at least two further meetings usually follow to ensure that both parties are keen to proceed to the next stage.

The Offer

An offer will be presented to the candidate and treated confidentially. Upon acceptance contracts of employment will follow within a short time scale. Once a successful start date is agreed we remain in close contact and guide the candidate through the resignation process.
